After more than a decade of experience in real estate and contracting, we saw firsthand the challenges and frustrations many homeowners face when dealing with unreliable contractors. As both investors and homeowners, we understand the need for contractors who are not only responsive and timely but who also deliver high-quality workmanship. After experiencing countless setbacks and poor communication from other contractors, we founded Modcon to be the solution. Modcon is a family-owned home remodeling company dedicated to restoring trust and reliability in the industry, providing exceptional service built by family, for families.
