After having worked in real-estate and contracting for over 10 years we realized the poor quality of contractors specific to home remodeling. As investors and home owners we often need contractors who are responsive, on time, and do quality work. Due to countless poor interactions trying to contact and working with “contractors” Modcon was created. A home remodeling company built by family for families .
